Bite Size Standards
2006.04.16
It was the Sinhala New Year week, and we had a loss in the family, so I was living under a rock. Just came online after spending a few days at our village, and the first thing I check is Bite Size Standards: it’s gone live on the 14th!
BSS is a site that aims to offer concise web development tutorials, tips and tricks, written by designers and developers who are passionate about web standards.
John invited me as the designer of the site a couple of months ago, and needless to say, it was a wonderful experience to work with the super team that included Andrea Arbogast, James John Malcolm, Ann McMeekin, and Andrew Disley. Those guys really know their stuff, and I learnt a lot from the project.
The site already has some excellent bite sized posts. Go ahead and have a look ;-)

James John Malcolm..they’re all first names ;)
Also, as John said, it was great to have the team come together in the way it did. Absolutely great working with you.

Just read your tutorial on BSS. Keep up the good work.
Also, it’s great to see Sri Lankans at the forefront of this kind of stuff.
Cheers.
